Dr. David Mitchell, OD Optometrist

Dr. Mitchell is a certified optometrist based in British Columbia. He is certified by the Board of Examiners of Optometry in British Columbia in 1977 and has his certificate of Ocular Therapeutics since 1993. He is also a member of the British Columbia association of Optometrists.

Dr. Stephanie Kan, OD Optometrist

Dr. Kan has been practicing at Dr. Mitchell and Associates since 2013.  She graduated in Optometry at Aston University, UK in 2009.  She has received extensive training in diagnosing and treating eye diseases while participating in the Myopia Research project in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and completing her Primary Care and Ocular Therapeutics externships in Ontario and B.C.  She is certified by the Board of Examiners of Optometry in Canada and the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents.  She is also a member of the British Columbia Association of Optometrists. 

Dr. Kan is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 

Robert Woo, Optician

Robert has been working with Dr. Mitchell and Associates since 1990.  He obtained his optician license in Alberta in 1987.  Robert was a member of the committee to help B.C. Opticians to obtain licensing in the province as well as to Collage of Opticians Board of Examination Committee and the Examination Committee.  He has also been an auditor for private post secondary schools in B.C.

Robert is also fluent in English and Cantonese.
